I'm using my Model 12 as an audio interface with Logic. I am NOT in DAW mode as I want to be able to mix live sources along with my Mac audio. Have been doing it this way for years.
However, when I run a source -- say an electric guitar -- through the M12 I've noticed it goes straight from the preamp into the computer by passing the channel controls. I'd like to be able to use the mute button on the channel to turn off the source. How do I do this?
