Previously I have controlled the Cubase mixer from my Tascam DM4800 via the Mackie Control option. Mackie Control is no longer supported in Cubase 14. Is there anyone out there in the ether who has overcome this issue? Any advice would be appreciated.

@kelvinrobbo Are you referring to using the DM's remote layer to control Cubase? Fader, panning, etc. If so, I have no issues with that in Cubase 14 Pro.

Yes that is exactly the issue. Previously in Cubase 10 pro, The 'Studio Set-up' ........'Remote Devices' menus provided an option to add Mackie Control to the 'remote devices' list. This option is absent in Cubase 14 (unless i am a mistaken fool). How did you set this up? My research on the web implies that Mackie Control is no longer supported.

Thanks for replying

Hi Peter
it would appear that I am a mistaken fool...and that i was misinformed by the internet..I have just located Mackie Control in the Remote devices (legacy) menu...I would have sworn under oath that it wasn't there last time...but i suspect human error...mine...thanks anyway...kelvin
