Hello, All -
I am dusting off a DM-24 I got back in 2003 that went into storage in 2008. I have a new screen on order but everything else seems to work. I lost the armrest while shipping it back to TASCAM for screen and power supply replacements. At the time it didn't matter as I had built a desk that the mixer sat in without the stock armrest, and I simply forgot about it.
So, here we are a few years later.
I'm building a home studio again and want to put the DM-24 in a special place to do routing, subtle effects, headphone mixes, some A/D, etc. It looks goofy without the armrest. I'm looking to either find a spare armrest somewhere, or fabricate a solution. I'm handy in a wood shop and familiar with Home Depot/Lowes.
Am curious if there is an off-the-shelf solution or if anyone has created their own armrest. Ideas welcome and appreciated.
