the computer I use for transfer is slowly dying. is there anyway to transfer data from DP24sd direct to a flash drive. I can't figure out how I could see what data I'm looking to transfer

Sorry Karl, but the DP-32SD requires a host USB. You could use a mobile phone, tablet or anything with a USB port.

Can it be connected to an iPhone 6? Does it need a special adapter?

You need whatever adaptor your device requires to connect to a USB-A cable. Typically those are called OTG (On The Go) connectors.

I am not an iPhone user so I can't comment on anything having to do with the functionality of iOS/software. But, with my Android phone I can connect to anything USB with an OTG adaptor that fits my phone's UBS-C port.

Take note that the DP-24SD takes a mini USB cable connector, not a micro USB connector.

You can always take the SD card out of the DP machine and use a card reader to copy the files.

Karl, you are like me, I held on to my iPhone3 until 2 years ago lol.

You can either buy a usbc to usb adaptor plug, or buy a cable with the connectors you need. iphone6 is usbc i think.
