US-366 El capitan Issue

Hi everyone (hola a todos) i bought a 366 a couple years ago, i updated mi notebook to "el capitan" and now i can't make it work, the lights doesn't turn on and it's not showing avaliable on programs or sound preferences, hope u guys have some answer, thank you all and sorry for my bad english.

Try to update firmware and install latest drivers for your device

Hi, i've tried that and started showing up at mac devices, but the lights of the us366 doesn''t turns on and doesn't show avaliable for an audio interface, thanks in advice

Try this:

• disconnect your device from USB
• uninstall driver via TASCAM US-322 US-366 remover and reboot computer
• remove odd US-366 interfaces in Audio MIDI Setup.app
• install latest driver and reboot computer

hi, thanks for the help. i've tried that, and nothing happened, there's nothing related to tascam when i go to the audio midi setup. i'm getting so tired about this waste of time/money x_x,
